For a technical problem, include your username, the affected screen, the approximate time, and any request ID shown. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, invitation links, or manuscript content.

If you need to stop sharing with someone immediately, block them from Friends. Send reports privately to support.

We verify account ownership before exporting or deleting records. Account export and deletion are handled by support during this test.
